I'm Sydney-based and work with businesses across NSW. Everything runs in Xero online, so we don't need to be in the same room. But I'm a real person you can call or message any time.

Absolutely. It's common and completely fixable. We'll get everything cleaned up and current, then keep it that way.

Yes. Active Numbers runs entirely on Xero, because it's the best tool for keeping your books live and accurate. If you're not on it yet, I'll set you up. If you already are, even easier.

A BAS agent is a professional the government licenses to handle your GST, BAS and ATO dealings. I'm registered with the Tax Practitioners Board, which legally authorises me to prepare and lodge your BAS. You can look me up on the TPB register, and I carry professional indemnity insurance.

Fixed monthly pricing, from $200 + GST a month for sole traders, and from $300 + GST for companies. That covers your bookkeeping, reconciliations, and BAS prepared and lodged on time. The exact figure depends on your size, so we'll lock it in before we start. Fixed from there, with no hourly rates and no bill shock.

Easy. Just call or message me, no appointment needed. We'll have a quick chat about your business, I'll send you a formal fee proposal, and once it's accepted I'll get you set up in Xero (or tidy up what's already there) and take it from there.

As a BAS agent I handle your GST, BAS, payroll and bookkeeping, but not income tax returns, which are a registered tax agent's work. The upside: I keep your books clean all year, so your tax agent's job is faster and cheaper. I'm happy to work alongside yours or point you to a good one.
